1. Introduction & Definitions
StaxIP (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”) provides IP networking services, including proxy infrastructure, via our platform (the “System”).
The Client (“you”) refers to any individual or legal entity using our Services.
This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) governs your use of our System and Services, including any features, subscriptions, or tools offered.
2. Services & Usage Rights
- We offer Services globally (subject to regional regulations). It’s your responsibility to ensure it’s legal to use our Services in your jurisdiction.
- You’re entitled to use Services that you’ve paid for, during the agreed period. We may modify Service offerings at any time.
3. Account Registration & Authentication
To access Services, you must register and create an account, providing: name, email, phone number, country, a strong password, and any required identity confirmations.
Accepting this Agreement and our Privacy Policy is mandatory to register and use our Services.
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and are encouraged to use two-factor authentication (2FA).
4. Subscription & Payments
Services are available via subscription or pay-as-you-go models. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled, and changes occur as per the billing cycle and upgrade terms.
Fees are non-refundable unless required by law, or if the service fails and our support team can’t resolve the issue within 24 hours.
5. Legal & Policy Compliance
By using our Services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, including export controls and data protection regulations.
Use of our Services also binds you to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, which form part of this Agreement.
6. Modifications & Updates
We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of Services implies acceptance of such changes. It’s your duty to review the latest version frequently.
7. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if you breach this Agreement or our policies.
8. Liability & Disclaimer
We’re not liable for losses caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized access. You bear responsibility for compliance, account security, and lawfulness of your activities.
